Logically, is the weight of the air removed greater or less than that of the added bag? Probably less, but who cares! You can get the yarn into a smaller bag AND know that it's protected in shipment. I ordered some once, and it showed up in a soggy cardboard box. It wasn't even in a bag, just skeins in the box. I'm glad you got yarn that makes you happy, though.<br /><br />(If you have a very large parcel, it can be charged by dimensions as well as weight. Or those priority flat rate boxes where you can shove up to 25 lbs into the box for one rate.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
