How about a little motivation for finishing WIPs?
Yesterday at Knitsmiths I got mini M&Ms. (Yes, I do usually separate them by color, no I don't usually line them up with all the Ms facing the same way. Hey, I was taking a picture!) Did you notice a couple are M-less?
I started with this:
One M&M per round, a row for the finishing on each sock (kitchener and end weaving) and one row for blogging. That's how much a little bag of mini M&Ms can do. Well, that and a couple episodes of Dr. Who.
Pattern: Clemintine from Socktopia
Yarn: Dorchester Farms sock yarn
Needles: 3mm Addi
Started: ? June sometime
Finished: 11/12/07

LOL! I've done that too ... except I used the big ones. Because I'm greedy that way. :-) The colours in that yarn are *gorgeous* !
You have such amazing self control- no way could I ration M&M's for that long! I line mine up before I eat them, too.
I can't believe you've made so many pairs of socks- to me that is insanity! It would take me 80 years to make that many pairs of socks.
