Design Challenge

A few weeks ago, Cory came into the yarn store where I work and was looking at the Malabrigo Rastita. I told her that I really wanted to knit something with it, but I wasn't sure what. She said that she also kept looking at it, but wasn't sure to knit. And so... we decided to do a design challenge.

We each have 2 colors of Rastita to work with, and we're each going to design a project with it. But the exciting part is that we're going to blog about our design process and pattern writing along the way.

Saturday we met up to discuss our plans, and I snapped a quick picture of my yarns by Cory's swatch. (Already she has a sketch and a swatch, and is way ahead of me!)
