Boston Knit Out
For those of you that are in the area, the Boston Knit Out is going to be October 2nd this year. The button is over thataway -> if you'd like to take a look at their site.
I went last year shortly after moving to Boston - my move-iversary is August 25th, but it was earlier last year. It was great fun even though I knew basically no one. This year I'll be volunteering.
Now the real reason to talk about it is that they're having a table for us bloggers (meaning people who blog, not just from Blogger) to say hi and meet other area bloggers and the like.
I was actually talking about this with a fellow True Grounds SnBer yesterday. I don't really consider myself that much of a blogger. I mean, I have a blog true. And I post on it fairly regularly. But really this blog is just to talk about my knitting, and I don't think it's particularly interesting for anyone that doesn't know me or care about knitting in general.
I guess it's because I have no online personality. I have a personality in real life, it just doesn't translate well to the web-world. Not like my buddy grumperina...
