A non-knitting weekend :(
On Friday I was at school all day, 9am-5:15pm or so. When I finally got home I watched the first Roswell DVD while knitting my poof scarf.
Saturday I spent the morning studying, met a friend for some necessary shopping, and ended up going with her to a Halloween night at a lesbian club...
No, I'm not a lesbian, but she is. I dressed up in my black corset (sexy!) and some black pants with kitty ears and a tail. I wore my black velvet cloak outside, but checked it at the club. This is only my 4th club-going in my life. The first two were in Norway - a goth club and a lesbian bar with my Norwegian lesbian buddies. The third was for a friends bachelorette party.
I'm very self-conscious and don't dance, and I'm shocked I even left the house in that corset. What has happened to me? For some strange reason I had a surprisingly good time last night, and even danced some. Maybe I wasn't intimidated because I wasn't worried about looking good for the girls, and the few gay boys? Who knows?
Anyway, I got home late last night and went to bed. Today I got up and went to school for a review for my huge test tomorrow morning, and I've spent the rest of the evening organizing notes and studying for that, so no knitting.
First priority is to fringe the Ravenclaw scarf and get it in the mail to my sister in time for her birthday! (Nov. 10)
